Sutton Park Kia is starting the year in celebration following the win of a Kia 2023 Customer Experience Award.

• The annual Kia Dealer Excellence Awards celebrate the best dealerships in the UK, covering excellent customer experience and service, with customer satisfaction, sales, online Reputation score and quick responses to customer queries all taken into account. The Customer Experience Awards certificates are only presented to the top 20-performing dealers.

  2023 was a noteworthy year for Kia, setting numerous new sales records and surpassing 100,000 sales for the second consecutive year. The brand finished the year as the UK’s sixth most popular, while it was also the third best-selling brand for electrified models in 2023 with 45 per cent of sales either a hybrid (HEV), plug-in hybrid (PHEV) or battery electric vehicle (BEV). The year concluded with the launch of the seven-seater fully electric EV9 – Kia’s new flagship model headlining the multi award-winning electrified range.
