Citroën’s acclaimed New Grand C4 Picasso is voted ‘Best MPV’ in Diesel Car Magazine’s annual Car of the Year Awards. The stylish and spacious 7-seat MPV, launched at the beginning of 2014, adds this latest accolade to existing honours including BBC TopGear Magazine ‘Family Car of the Year’; What Car? Magazine ‘MPV of the Year’ and ‘MPV of the Year’ in the UK Car of the Year Awards (UKCOTY).
Ian Robertson, Editor and Publisher of Diesel Car Magazine, commented; “Ever since Citroën first joined the MPV market with its Picasso badged MPV, it’s been praised for its spaciousness and outstanding practicality. This latest edition of the Grand C4 Picasso is no different, as it adds decent space for seven passengers, a great quality cabin and frugal diesel engines to the mix.”
Available from just £19,205 MRRP OTR, New Grand C4 Picasso strikes the perfect balance between benchmark space, engaging styling and record efficiency.
Alongside this important honour for New Grand C4 Picasso, three other Citroën models were highly commended in this year’s awards – DS3 was singled out in the ‘Premium Small Car’ category; DS5 in the ‘Alternative Fuel Car – Diesel-Hybrid’ class; and C3 Picasso in the ‘Compact MPV’ category.
