COVID-19 Customer Update: 19th July 2021
IMPORTANT - CUSTOMER NOTICE
From Monday 19th July, we will continue to follow Government Guidance regarding Covid restrictions.
Whilst we are pleased to be able to fully re-open the showrooms, vehicle displays and take customers on test drives, our main priority continues to be our customers and our colleagues safety, which is why we have decided to keep all key protection measures in place until further notice:
Please keep wearing a face covering in our Showrooms
Although the legal requirement to wear a face covering in England ends on 19 July, the Government expects and recommends that people continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces such as car showrooms.
So we’re encouraging both customers and staff to continue wearing face coverings if you can, we understand there are exemptions.
As before, be assured all of our safety measures are in place, you’ll find sanitiser that is available on the sanitising stations at the entrances and on desks. The screens are staying and we are keeping our one way system in place along with regular cleaning of touchpoints to ensure that both you and our staff remain safe at all times.
We take this opportunity to thank our customers and staff who have helped to ensure that our businesses have remained Covid Secure over the last 18 months – keep well, stay safe.
Our click and collect services are also still available, meaning that if you would prefer, you can still make a purchase from the safety of your own home. Alongside this, we can still offer fully virtual appointments. Just let us know your preference.
NEW & USED ONLINE CAR SALES CONTINUE
Although our sales showrooms and forecourts will be closed to members of the public we are offering online sales, with click and collect available at all 7 of our dealerships - Monday to Friday.
Our Sales Teams will be working remotely to assist with both telephone and online sales and enquiries and our website also provides the opportunity to chat live with a member of the team.
Customers will be able to collect their vehicles by pre-arranged appointment from a designated, socially distanced area of our forecourts. We would politely request that only 1 member of a household attend for the vehicle handover.
As always the health and wellbeing of all of our staff and customers is of paramount importance and we thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
