OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENTS REMAIN OPEN
Further to the Government's announcement that all non essential businesses must close from Thursday 5th November, we can confirm that the Service Departments on all Sutton Park Group sites will remain open for Servicing, Repairs and MOT's operating as normal from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The same Covid Safe procedures that have been in place for several months will continue to operate. These include, appointments only, social distancing, protective screens and cashless payments wherever possible.
NEW & USED ONLINE CAR SALES CONTINUE
Our Sales showrooms and external used vehicle display areas will be closed to members of the public from 5th November until further notice. However, our Sales Teams will be working remotely to assist with both telephone and online sales and enquiries and our website also provides the opportunity to chat live with a member of the team.
Customers will be able to collect their vehicles by pre-arranged appointment from a designated, socially distanced area of our forecourts. We would politely request that only 1 member of a household attend for the vehicle handover.
As always the health and wellbeing of all of our staff and customers is of paramount importance and we thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
SUTTON PARK STAY SAFE SYSTEM
Please note our Stay Safe system is still in place across all of our dealerships, any customers dropping a vehicle in to our service department can be assured we are following guidelines.
You’ll find a warm non-contact welcome upon entering the dealership, we have a hand sanitisaion area upon entrance, perspex screening fitted at our service desks and clear one way markers in place, meaning your visit is made as easy and safe as possible.
Please read the signs at the door and follow the markers for service, this will ensure a safe social distance for everyone. Please remember to stay at least two metres apart from other people.
You’ll find a hand sanitising station upon entry to the dealership and our staff will prompt you to sanitise when necessary. Be reassured that we have also introduced a ‘safe system’ of stringent hygiene protocols and enhanced cleaning procedures throughout all our dealerships.
Our staff have been issued with the appropriate PPE and they will sanitise your vehicles key touch points before and after your appointment as well as using covers and vehicle protection kits.
Before your visit we kindly ask you to partially wind down your window 5 minutes prior to your arrival to ventilate the vehicle and ensure your air conditioning is turned off. We also require customers to wear face masks upon arrival to our service departments.
