As you may be aware an MOT test is a legal requirement for vehicles aged three years and above and must be carried out annually. MOT tests can be carried out up to 28 days in advance; this allows you to schedule your MOT on a day that best suits.
On the day, our trained experts will inspect the following:
An MOT at Sutton Park Group takes 45 minutes, however please allow up to an hour and a half in case any minor repairs are needed and for our team to complete all paperwork.
Book your class 4 (Car) MOT online, at any of our 7 sites for only £45
Sutton Park Group can undertake your MOT which is a legal requirement if your vehicle is over 3 years old.
If you book your service and MOT together at Sutton Park Group you will receive your MOT for only £35 when paying for a full price service. MOT offer cannot be used in conjunction with a service plan.
You only need a partial retest if you leave the vehicle at the test centre for repair and it’s retested within 10 working days. There’s no fee for this.
You only need a partial retest if you take the vehicle from the test centre for repairs and take it back within 10 working days. You can be charged a partial retest fee for this.
You can take your vehicle away if your MOT certificate is still valid.
If your MOT has run out you can take your vehicle to:
- have the failed defects fixed
- a pre-arranged MOT test appointment
In both cases, your vehicle still needs to meet the minimum standards of roadworthiness at all times or you can be fined.
In all other cases, you’ll need to get a full retest and pay the full MOT test fee again.
