If you are planning to visit us for a service or repair, rest assured we are following government guidelines. Thanks to the hard work of our teams we now have a Sutton Park Stay Safe System in place. Focused on keeping you safe.
Book a service with a Suzuki Service Centre and we promise you’ll experience superior levels of care and leave impressed by the little extras we include as standard. We call it the Suzuki Service Promise.
Here’s nine things you can count on us to do:
Regular servicing will maintain your car's overall performance and optimise fuel consumption. It will also help to keep it running efficiently throughout its life. At Sutton Park our expertly trained Dealer technicians, who use special Suzuki diagnostic equipment, are best placed to look after your vehicle at both, service intervals and when your MOT is due.
Sutton Park Suzuki recommends that you service your car once a year or every 9,000 or 12,500 miles* (whichever comes first). Full service details can be found in the service booklet provided with your car. MOT** is a legal requirement for all vehicles 3 years after first registration and is due annually thereafter.

Apart from regular servicing, Sutton Park Suzuki also recommends that you have a bi-annual air conditioning service. This service ensures that all the contaminated gasses are removed, the system re-gassed and a new pollen filter is fitted where applicable. A properly maintained air conditioning system will minimise the draw on engine performance. It will also reduce the risk of possible health issues associated with poorly maintained air conditioning systems. Visit Sutton Park service offers for more information on this.
Sometimes during the life of a vehicle, parts may have to be replaced under a manufacturer's service update or recall.
Sutton Park Suzuki is committed to working within the Code of Practice on Safety Defects and therefore service campaigns and recalls are performed whenever necessary. A service campaign is necessary when a Suzuki part is not performing to its optimum standard but the modification is not considered to be safety related. Under a safety recall the last known owner, to Suzuki, is notified of the recall and invited to visit their local Dealer. Both service campaigns and recalls are performed free of charge.

Our fully trained technicians will complete a full operational check of the air conditioning system, De-sanitize to remove bacteria and any unpleasant odours, inspect the pollen filter and advise accordingly. We will also check for leaks, replace the refrigerant, ensure the gas is at the correct level and that air conditioning system is operating to the optimum efficiency.
