I just wanted to share my experience that I have recently received with one of the most professional organisations I have ever worked with. This started with looking for a different car for my son in November during lockdown, too which I initially contacted the Digital Sales Team and spoke to Danielle Judd about the vehicle on the CarGurus website. I must have asked 20 questions by email and phone, too which nothing was too much trouble, and after being convinced that this vehicle would be worth viewing after the lockdown finished on the 2nd December, I proceeded to pay the £99 holding deposit. (Which was refundable if I did not purchase the vehicleDanielle also arranged an appointment for me to meet with Marshall Tomlin in the Sales Team at the Kia Dealership in Sutton Coldfield, too which when I arrived, I was initially greeted by Gemma at the Service Reception, who made me very welcome at their very professional premises and proceeded to introduce me to Marshall. After a short introduction and some very relevant questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle, he explained how they had purchased the vehicle in a previous part exchange, and proceeded to give me the keys to take a look around the vehicle on my own without any pressure of having a Sales Person looking over my shoulder. This trust was so important to me and immediately made me feel that this was the type of company that I wanted to do business with, even if this vehicle I had come to view was not the one we were looking for. However, I was glad to say the vehicle looked perfect for my son's needs, and after a short time, I asked if I could test drive the vehicle, too which I was satisfied that with some minor bodywork repairs, a service, with also 12 months MOT on the vehicle it would be perfect. We therefore agreed a date the following Saturday to collect the vehicle and to trade my sons existing car as part of the arrangement. Throughout the following week, my decision to purchase the vehicle was complimented by Marshall keeping me updated with the progress of the vehicle, and that the following Saturday was on track to have all of the above completed so we could collect the vehicle on the date we had planned. The whole handover process that then followed was straightforward with the changeover of the cars, the relevant paperwork that needed to be completed for both vehicles was a totally seem less process throughout! Marshall also ensured that he clearly explained the extended Warranty options we could choose, the GAP Insurance option, and that we were totally satisfied with the vehicle before transferring any funds. This obviously made it a very easy decision to go ahead and complete the purchase the vehicle! As you would expect, the car is perfect, and we are delighted with it! I have since complimented Marshall's line manager, Wayne Budge for this whole experience. The professionalism shown by this Dealership is second to none, with a particular emphasis on their outstanding Customer Service skills, making me feel totally satisfied that I have purchased a quality second hand vehicle through a totally professional Team of People. I will certainly be recommending you all to Friends, Colleagues and Family to not only purchase their vehicles from your Dealership, but have their vehicles serviced here too, as from my experience this is the very best I have ever experienced. As a Customer, all you want to feel is that you are dealing with professionals, that you are treated as a valued Client, and that you have made a great decision in entrusting your hard earned cash in to a worthwhile purchase. In my case, I also want to write a review and tell everyone of my experience because you have all deserved itWayne, Marshall, Danielle and Gemma, give yourselves a huge pat on the back. You have certainly impressed me and exceeded my expectations with all of the above. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy and Prosperous 2021.
